How to Create a Google Business Center Listing

Why is it important to maintain a Google Business Center listing?  Simple answer: because it is likely that customers will find you through a Google search. If you've searched for any type of function or business, you're likely familiar with the following search results (I searched for accountant in Atlanta):

These are the search results from a Google Business listing and is at the top of the search screen.  Recently, Google announced two new offerings which allow you to create real time offers and business updates on the fly that will then post to your Places Page.  This means that if you have a special offer, you can post it here and it will update instantly.  They have an introductory video on the GBL home page and others can be found on YouTube.

If you have not created a Google Business Page, we would certainly recommend it.
